Baking Bread

Bread making is so wonderful...it calms you, it's healthy & it's fun for the whole family.

 It feels so "alive" as you need it with your hands...Baxter loves helping with this part. There is a post back in August or September 2010 that has a link to THE easiest bread recipe. I try to make that recipe weekly...doesn't always happen. Jeremy likes to branch out from the ordinary loaf to pita & boulle.
